Description | The paper presents the outline, content and methods of the research project aiming to explore the contemporary situation in psychological assessment in the Czech Republic. At first, there have to be built up a database of as many psychologists working in Czech Republic as possible and they have to be distinguished by the area of aplication. A questionnaire, constructed by the research team, will focus on the detection of the methods and tools used by the respondents, and on the exploration of the most frequent domains of their assessment. Data will be collected on a adequate, representative sample of psychologists for the survey of a majority of psychologist population has been challenged by earlier findings. The questionnaire will not be distributed by post; the dta will be collected by the number of inquierers who will visit the respondents in person. The data analysis will result in an outline of the most employed methods and in an account of the most frequent domains of the assessment. The part of the research outcome will be also a list of methods recommended for a translation and implementation. |
