Description | The authors present the survey and the indications of anterior, posterior and combined surgeries in progressive spondylogenic cervical myelopathy. They used anterior surgery in 24 patients, with an average follow-up 3 years (79% of cases improved), posterior surgery in 9 patients, with an average follow-up 2,1 years (67% of cases improved). |
