| Description | In clinical practice there exists syndroma of degenerative lumbar spine stenosis, especially in seniors. The back and leg pain together with neurogenic claudication are typical symptoms of this disease. The differential diagnosis includes not only vascular etiology of claudications. The symptoms and diagnostics are described in detail, conservative management is prefered. The 12 patients (average age of 73,7 years) are presented, treated by surgical decompression with success in 2000. |
