| Description | The electron energy distribution functions for electron thermalization in helium and argon afterglow plasmas have been calculated taking into account electron-neutral and electron-electron collisions. This work shows that electron-electron collisions can lead to the Maxwellization of the electron energy distribution function and thus to different rates of electron thermalization. |
