| Description | Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis and L. lactis subsp. cremoris were distinguished using repetitive element sequence-based PCR (rep-PCR) and Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA(RAPD)fingerprinting methods. the use of LL-rep 1 primer resulted in a banding pattern containing approximatelly 6-10 visualised PCR products in size ranged between 300-2000 bp. |
