Description | Two goals of this work were determined. First, localization of eight late flowering genes on the genetic map of Arabidopsis thaliana. Second, development of RFLP (Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism) conversionto CAPS (Cleaved Amplified Polymorphic Sequences) as PCR-based markers for more precise linkage mapping. |
