Description | The course of differentiation of HL-60 cells was studied by detecting the occurrence of functionally mature granulocytes and CD-66b expressing cells in ATRA- and/or CA-treated cell populations. Application of CA alone had no or minimal influence on cell differentiation whereas differentiating activity of ATRA was potentiated by CA treatment. |
