Description | A new Capillary electrophoresis (CE) procedure based on a Micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MECC) for separation of humic acids (HA) isolated from Antarctica soil was developed. The HA were separated and characterized using background electrolyte containing 0.09 M borate + 0.09 M Tris + 0.001 M EDTA (BTE) of pH 8.3, modified with cyclodextrins (CD) and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS). |
