| Description | This paper uses a New Keynesian closed-economy macroeconomic model to illustrate relations within economy. The parameters and states system are estimated using the Iterative Kalman Filter Smoother. The transfer of the system an the responses to impulses and random shocks are used to examine dynamical stability. Important conclusion about monetary stabilization is reached due to an analysis of eigenvalues representing zeros and poles of the system. |
