| Description | On spring 2000 the new Personal Data Protection Act (No. 101/2000 Col.) was passed. This act had a fundamental influence on duties and discretions of owners and executors of personal data. The paper deals on application of selected parts of the Act, especially related to information systems containig personal data, interpretation problems of several paragraphs and developed modifications of form and behavior of information systems at all. |
