Description | : Endovascular obliteration of cerebral aneurysm became a well established treatment modality. The main drawback is the stability of obliteration. However, complementary use of either coiling or clipping in certain cases improves the results of treatment of patients after subarachnoid hemorrhagie from a ruptured cerebral aneurysm. |
