| Description | Criminality of women attracted very little attention until 1970s. Nowadays, in consequence to big social changes, the topic of women's criminality is relevant for scientific studies, which applies for the Czech Republic, too. The article sums up some paradigms of the approaches to this problem and the situation in the Czech Republic. The main subject of the article is a presentation of the research project in some Czech prisons focussed on delinquent women concerning their legal attitudes and value orientations. The article gives the essential sociological data as the result of the representative 2003 research among sentenced women. |
