| Description | Public debt is an important problem by public finance administration at both (state finance and territorial self-government administration finance) levels. The basic legal framework of public debt management is constituted by budget rules, it means by state budget rules and territorial self-government administration budget rules. I spite of the importance of public debt, there is no regulation of maximum of public debt and responsibility for budget excess in the czech regulation, even in many countries abroad there is. |
