Description | It has been verified that Poisson distribution with parameters depending on soil and stocking rate covariates can be used for modelling the number of plants of considered species. The generalized linear model was used for the evaluation of influence of large herbivores on the number of plants of considered species. Results are presented graphically and in tables. The model works well and it highlighted the importance of which herbivore species are present and their relative stocking rates as well as the importance of the stocking rate of all animals present in determining the numbers of plants a woody plant species is present in. |
