| Description | The article is devoted to the modification of the standard scheme of firms financial structure. The aim of article is the evidence both possibility and necessity modification of financial structure with purpose to maximize its information content. Special focus of the article is the insurance of bussines risks and a claim paid in the role of financial resource for next development of the firm consequently. |
