| Description | The goal of the study was to examine and compare the surface of the roots treated by various types of scalers. 25 extracted teeth were divided into 5 groups. Each group was treated by one of the following methods: Vector Fluid Abrasive, Vector Fluid Polish, special curretes, Piezon Master (EMS, Germany).The treated surface was investigated in the environmental electron microscope. The ultrasound scalers perform a good possibility for the subgingival treatment. The vector fluid Abrasive is not suitable for the subgingival treatment. |
