| Description | The main aim of the paper is presentation of first results of empirical survey of age discrimination (ageism) in Czech society. Presented results are representing subjective notions about prevalence of ageism and personal experience of respondents with some of the forms of ageistic behaviour. New definition of ageism is part of the presented paper. |
