| Description | Colorimetry for the detection of nicotine metabolits has many benefits. The significant positive correlations were fount between urinary cotinine levels measured in the same samples both by colorimetry and by chromatography, as well as with CO levels in expirated air. The mothed is also reliable for the detection in the urine with blood, proteins, bilirubine or glucose. |
