| Description | The paper presents on the one hand comparison between personal structure in public employment services in the Czech Republic and EU member states. On the other hand it was analyzed personal structure of five chosen employment offices in different regions in the Czech republic. Results give evidence about differences among regions, local labour markets, characteristics of clients and types of organizational culture. |
