The healing process of chronic wounds will be influenced by different local or total factors, which is to respect in estimating of the treatment. A presumption of a succesfull treatment of the leg ulcers is the following: 1. The ascertainement of the cause, 2. The determination of the healing phases, 3. A complex therapy. |
