| Description | A group of 22 strains of Aeromonas hydrophila complex were identified by biotyping a ribotyping. Strains were identified as A. hydrophila complex based on biotyping while ribotyping showed different cluster for stains isolated from clinical material a different one for strains from aquatic environment.The clinical isolates were assinged to the subspecies level, Aeromonas hydrophila subsp. hydrophila by ribotyping. The results confirme benefit of ribotyping in studying and identification of aeromonads. |
