| Description | Macrozoobenthos was sampled during 1999-2001 in the Rokytná River and 19556 individuals of Oligochaeta were identified. The influence of hydrological conditions and environmental variables and on aquatic oligochaete community composition was evaluated using multicriterial analysis CANOCO. Based on Monte Carlo permutation test NH4+, BSK5, O2, PO43- a NO3- ion concentrations were the most important variables for oligochaete distribution. |
