| Description | It is almost inconceivable not to notice in the current media a big crowd of somehow puzzled characters who are even in Czech described as singles. The American TV-serials firmly imbedded on the Czech TV screens (Sex and the City, Friends, Ally Mc Beal) present life of singles in humorous manner. To the Czech audience, the plots in these shows may seem little too much teenage-like, still even this comical representation in media draws attention to the ongoing change within present society.
