• Description: The contribution summarizes the new results obtained with use of Nafion as a membrane separator in direct input of mass spectrometer. It was shown that molecules of certain aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols and halogenbenzenes penetrates through membrane as apparently protonized what reflects the mass spectrum having feature as chemical ionization more then electron impact ionization fragmentation pattern.
