| Description | The strains collected in the Culture Collection of Dairy Microorganisms (CCDM, Tábor, ČR) were identified into the species level using molecular techniques based on PCR: genus and species specific PCR and amplified ribosomal DNA restriction analysis. The methods used for identification of the strains provided similar results. |
