Description We investigated inhibition mutagenicity of aflatoxin B1 by broccoli juices treated by high pressure, pasteurization and freezing with the help Ames test.We also investigated inhibition mutagenicity of IQ (2-amino-3-methyl-3H-imidazo-(4,5-f)-chinolin)and MNU(N-nitroso-N-methylurea) mutagens by micronucleus assay.
