| Description | This book contributes to a theoretically informed analysis of regional parties and regional party arrangements in the context of a comprehensive research into the formative process and functioning of party systems. The first part of the book is devoted to a body of problems directly related to the definition of regional parties and regional party arrangements. The second part addresses the typology of regional party systems, and the third part consists of a series of fifteen brief typological studies dealing with parties and party systems in selected European countries. |
