| Description | The paper is focused on measuring and evaluating effectiveness, performance and successfulness and their reflections in competitiveness of an enterprise. At first the attention is paid to the key financial measures and to the modern trends in this field (EVA, CVA, model RAVE). Then the paper concentrates on the need to add to the financial information the qualitative information which connect the strategic goals with the operational processes. The examples of such connection are model Balanced Scorecard and other concepts of performance measurement, Stakeholder Model of Atkinson and Waterhouse, Strategic oversight scorecard of CIMA etc. The last chapter illustrates the way of competitiveness measurement on the basis of the stakeholder model. |
