Description | The aim of this work was to evaluate the effect of intact and photomodified form of fluoranthene (FLT, phFLT; 0.1, 1 and 5 mg/L) on primary processes of photosynthesis in lichens. Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters (F0, FV/FM and PhiII) were determined after 24, 48 and 72 hours of exposure. Results demonstrated that FLT and especially phFLT in concentration of 1 and 5 mg/L affected negatively the primary photochemical processes of photosynthesis in algae in both selected lichen species. |
