| Description | The text describes a specific part of the Czech party system the parties and movements which declared themselves as representatives of moral and non-ideological policy and which are oriented against traditional party-rule. Mostly such groupings have been inspired by the concept of non-political policy of the former Czech dissident and later president Václav Havel. These parties and movements were active mostly during the era of the so called opposition treaty in 1998-2002. Currently their relevance in system is limited. |
