| Description | The study deals with the analysis of the social policy of EU. It defines term and sense of the social policy as the precondition of the functioning of the common market. The development of the social policy can be divided to three periods: in the first period (1957-1974) the approach to the social policy is cautions without important regulations. the second period (1974-1990) is the period with important development of social policy;the present period is aimed at the problem of unemployment. |
