| Description | The article identifies problems of railway transportation comparing both current and historical point of view. The historical method is applied to show a historical delusion and connected dangers as for railways reform strategy. The use of historical method onto railway transportation is explained in the first part; the railway problems as well as troubles of its identification are clarified in the second part; typical examples of selected railway problems and application of historical method are shown in the third part. |
