| Description | Study deals with the question, whether is our time mature for an election law codification. In this respect author examines the history of big codifications, notion of codex from the theory of legislations point of view. The significance and history of the electoral engineering for preparation of the electoral code. In authors opinion the components of the electoral engineering are the following: analysis elections results in a time row; detection of the bonds and dependencies among election results and legal regulation; electoral modeling (adjusting the election law); legislative intent; legislative initiative; application of the proposed electoral law and evaluation results. Critique insufficient valid election codex in CR. |
