| Description | The aim of the work is to present some connections among differential equations and bio-medical sciences. Concrete examples of author's results show that some impulses arising in ecology brings a motivation to an abstract mathematical research in the field of qualitative theory of differential equations, that differential equations models of real phenomena stimulate a subsequent medical research and that a connection of differential equations and mathematical statistics enriches methods of survival analysis. The work also suggests some algorithms for estimations of parameters to certain deterministic models. |
