| Description | Collecion and examination of mosquitoe larvae of genus Culex and Culliseta for the presence of spirochetes using DFM method. Detection of DNA of pathogenic Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato in positive samples using nested PCR with primers complementar to the gene for flagellin. Positivity on the presence of spirochetes was 50%. One positive smaple contained borrelian DNA. |
