Description | We investigated inhibition of mutageity AFB1 by broccoli juice treated by high pressure, pasteurization and freezing with the help of Ames test. We also investigated inhibition of mutagenity IQ and MNU by broccoli juice treated by high pressure by micronucleus assay. Broccoli juice decreased mutagenity of MNU and IQ. Also clastogenity AFB1 was decreased in the ames test. |
