| Description | The integration of tertiary education institutions in preparation and execution of strategic documents of autonomous regions concerning human resources is and important factor conditioning success of innovation activities of the particular region. This work focuses on methodics of elaboration of the “Strategy of human resources development in South Moravia” document. The document ensued from cooperation between experts from Masaryk University led by the deputy director of Research Centre for Competitiveness of Czech Economy (the author of this paper) and members of the South Moravian Human Resources Development Committee. It is applicable in all regions of the Czech Republic. |
