| Description | Nouns in Russian and Czech grammatically express the semantic difference between animate and inanimate beings. This differentiation is not, however, made in both languages in all paradigms of noun decloension. In both languages this grammatical category does not have to coincide with the semantic features o the real living. Apart from grammatical means there are also different ways of expressing being. This study analyses these ways. |
