Description | The study contributes to a project aimed at psychical education within the “School and Health for 21st Century” research. Based on the examination of current concepts of physical education, it focuses on new approaches towards monitoring and evaluating health related fitness of junior primary school pupils of 6-10 years of age. Following the research validation, this article aims at proposing a model of education of pupils towards health related physical activities bringing about positive effects in health related fitness of pupils. |
