Description The study examines a question of law delimitation of corruption in terms of international, European and municipal law. Further inquires means offered by constitutional law for combating of corruption. Peculiarity of constitutional law is a phenomenon of legal self-corrupting (deciding in own case as salaries, immunities). Attention is devoted such areas as legislation, deputies, political parties, elections, executive and judicial branches. Author points out that protection of human rights can be a hindrance of combating of corruption (tapping, controlled provocation etc.).
