| Description | The article deals with the settlement of community of property of spouses in the light of traditional rules of interpretation and legal principles. The article is critical to non-standard methods of interpretation which have their rootes in pure positivistic attitudes towards law. The article deals with the aim of institute of community of property, namely with the aim of the restriction of its legal scope by contract of spouses, and tries to find more legal security of spouses and the third parties through the right interpretation and aplication of law. |
