| Description | For over two hundred years, the regulation of property has been one of the most complicated subject of constitutional regulation. The author concentrates on a broad scope of problems (essence of property, its concept, forms, limitation, deprivation, expropriation, impropriation) and maintains that in the Czech Republic is the problem of the right to property understood as a human right and freedom, not only as an economic right. Its protection is therefore on higher level. He deals with the cases heard before the Constitutional Court in this field. |
