Description | The work presents some of the results gained by studying the lifestyle of women attending an aerobics course. In total, 16 women aged 28 to 45 were questioned. Most of the women had a normal BMI, only 1 woman was overweight. All the women who have done the qustionnaire said they do sport at least once a month; most of the women do sport regularly 3 to 4 times a week (50%). Most of the women (43,8%) eat 5 times a day. 4 women stated they have the last meal of the day at 6 p.m. However, the exact half of the queationed women does not have any constant time for the last meal. Total majority of the women (81,25%) do not smoke. 2 women smoke regularly and 1 woman smokes sometimes. Most of the women (56,25%) sleep more than 6 hours a day; 31,25% sleep 6 hours and only 2 women said that they regularly sleep less then 6 hours a day. |
