The geodata integration is necessary with respect to different data formats, resolution, scale, projection, co-ordinate systems and especially thematic content. While technical and geometric integration aspects cam be solved by programming tools, logical (thematic0 part of geodata integration requires a professional geographer participation. Such situation is favourable for employment of geographers in GIT institutions and companies. |
