| Description | The article aims at preliminary characterization of both lower levels of the Czech party system after 1989 – at the local and regional level. There are stressed some most interesting phenomenon – so called indepedence at the local level, interesting coalition relations at regional level and the position of Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia in the municipalities and regions. |
