| Description | The authors present the molecular findings in 19 epidermolysis bullosa simplex and 21 epidermolysis bullosa dystrophica patients. Analysis was performed at the DNA level of COL7A1, KRT5 and KRT14 genes using PCR and denaturing high performance liquid chromatography. |
