| Description | Different types of hybridisation probes are compared and their reliability and information value is evaluated. Three types of probes: oligonucleotides, cloned fragments and concatenated probes; were investigated under variant hybridisation and washing conditions. Conditions for detection of telomeric repeats were established for different probes. |
