| Description | Study deals with the question of understanding of European constitutional law and with the impact of accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union in terms of teaching of constitutional law. There is made a comparison of the approaches to the university teaching of questions connected with the memberships in the EU in particular member states. The analyses concerns the changes in constitutional law after the accession in the sphere of the subject of constitutional law such as notion of the constitution, sovereignty, state organs, election law, judicial review, competencies and mutual relations among state bodies of the Czech Republic |
