| Description | The study is based on older article of the author called "Czech Family Law after the accesssing the European Union" issued also in the Research Revue suported by the Research project 0086. However, the structure of the study is different (introduction, European legal regulation, European trends, Czech legal regulation, Czech trends, conclusions taken from comparison) and its text was extended. The study comes out from the the thought, that family law is the law which reflects social, political, ideological, religional and cultural developtment of each country, and that is why it is not good for any kind of harmonisation or unification. The article is critical towards a lot of traditional views and focuses on factical convergence of family laws of Europaen countries. It analysies developtment of Czech family law, its perspectives and trends within European evolution. |
