Description | The authoress deals with international and European aspect of employment stability protection. She analyzes the documents of the Council of Europe, that means the European Social Charter and the revised Euroeap Social Charter. Both documents, and the revised European Social Charter in even greater detail, rank the protection of employment stability among fundamental social rights. She further examines whether the protection of employment stability is proclaimed in the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights, but is not mentioned expressly in the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights of Working People. Detailed attention is afforded to the analysis of Convention No. 158 and preceding and subsequent recommendation of ILO concerned with termination of employment relationship on the initiative of employer. In conclusion she deals with Czech legislation on the termination of employment relationship on the part of the employer. |
